Job Description

Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, facials, Microneedling and laser therapies with precision and care Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Provide services such as facials waxing lasers and more Manage client communication effectively, explaining procedures clearly and addressing questions confidently to ensure comfort and understanding Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sterilization procedures Utilize clinic software such as Aesthetic Record EMR etc Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting treatments, and building an active online presence to attract new clients Assist with retail product demos and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue while educating clients on skincare products Requirements Valid esthetician license certification recognized by state licensing boards Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments and skincare services Strong knowledge of aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, waxing and facials Familiarity with Aesthetic record software is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options confidently Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus, you will be required to post stories and posts weekly to work here Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to ensure client safety at all times Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering guest-centric experiences Management skills helpful for coordinating appointments and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment Join us in transforming lives through aesthetics!
