Job Description

Aesthetic Injector De Aesthetic NP & Wellness East Bridgewater, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $100 - $300 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork RN License BLS Certification APRN Attention to detail Full Job Description Overview Launch or grow your career in medical aesthetics with the support, resources, and clinical guidance you need. We are seeking licensed NPs, RNs, and LPNs who are interested in becoming cosmetic/aesthetic providers or experienced injectors looking for a professional space, medical oversight, and support to grow their practice. No aesthetic experience is required! New providers can take advantage of hands-on aesthetic training, on-site mentorship, and continued clinical guidance. Experienced injectors are also welcome and can access medical directorship services, compliance support, treatment room rental, mentorship, and convenient on-site product purchasing. Whether you're looking to break into aesthetics or already have an established clientele and need the infrastructure to practice and grow, this opportunity can be tailored to your experience and goals. Duties Depending on licensure, training, competency, and scope of practice, responsibilities may include: Conduct patient consultations, medical history reviews, and aesthetic assessments. Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans in collaboration with appropriate medical oversight. Perform approved cosmetic and aesthetic treatments within the provider's legal scope of practice and demonstrated competency. Administer injectable treatments when appropriately licensed, trained, credentialed, and authorized. Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, risks, benefits, alternatives, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment care. Obtain and maintain required consents, clinical photographs, and treatment documentation. Complete accurate and timely documentation in the designated EMR. Follow established standing orders, protocols, policies, and medical-director requirements. Recognize potential complications or adverse reactions and promptly escalate concerns according to established clinical protocols. Maintain appropriate infection-control, medication-safety, and patient-safety standards. Participate in training, hands-on education, competency assessments, and mentorship as needed. Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, malpractice coverage, and continuing education. Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients while supporting continuity of care and appropriate follow-up. Experienced providers may independently develop and manage their aesthetic clientele within the structure of their individual practice arrangement. Experience No previous medical aesthetics or cosmetic injection experience is required. We welcome both providers who are completely new to aesthetics and experienced aesthetic professionals looking to expand or grow their practice. Active NP/APRN, RN, or LPN license in good standing required. New graduates and providers transitioning into aesthetics are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, or other aesthetic treatments is a plus, but not required. Hands-on aesthetic training and on-site mentorship are available for providers without previous aesthetic experience. Experienced injectors with an existing clientele are welcome. Strong communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety are expected. Must be willing to learn and follow established clinical protocols, documentation standards, and applicable scope-of-practice requirements. BLS certification and professional liability/malpractice coverage may be required based on the provider's individual practice arrangement. Whether you are performing your first aesthetic treatment or are an established injector looking for medical directorship, compliance support, mentorship, product access, and a professional treatment space, we welcome providers at all experience levels. Join us if you're passionate about helping clients look and feel their best! We value energetic professionals who excel in communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to grow within the aesthetics industry. This is a non-paid position, as you will be building your own clientele and profiting 100% of the proceeds. We are committed to supporting your professional development.
