Duties Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs. Provide professional nail services such as gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, and classic manicures and pedicures with attention to detail. Educate clients on nail care, skin health, and recommended treatments to enhance their overall wellness. Follow salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures rigorously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and sterilize tools according to disinfection procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products related to skincare and nail care to promote client satisfaction and salon growth. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for nail art design and aesthetic enhancement. Experience working with nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and other advanced nail techniques. Proficiency in performing pedicures, manicure services, and body waxing with attention to hygiene standards. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of cosmetology principles including skin care treatments like dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while providing exceptional service. Experience in hair styling, hair extensions, barbering techniques, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and related beauty services is a plus. Strong retail math skills for product sales and inventory management. Effective client communication skills to understand needs and deliver tailored beauty solutions.
