Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. This is a commission only position with tips. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. This role offers opportunities to perform advanced treatments, manage client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming spa or salon environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, Luminfusin, Hydrafacial, body waxing and dermaplanning. Manage guest services by greeting clients warmly, assessing their skincare needs, and recommending appropriate treatments or products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations. MUST Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing client success stories, and increasing brand visibility online. Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail items to enhance their experience. Upsell services and retail products to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Keep current with industry trends through ongoing education in color theory, nail care, massage techniques like deep tissue massage, and new esthetic procedures. Qualifications Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation standards within spa or salon environments. Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is desirable. Strong sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products and services while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment that values hospitality excellence.
