Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, professional, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. This is a part-time position offering two to three consistent days per week, approximately 15 to 20 hours, with weekday availability required. We are looking for someone who can commit to a reliable, consistent schedule and become a long-term part of our growing practice. Candidates must be comfortable appearing on camera and actively participating in content creation and practice marketing. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments based on individual client needs and goals. Perform services including DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facial waxing, and brow and lash services. Provide thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatments within scope of practice. Educate clients on professional skincare products and create appropriate home-care recommendations. Confidently recommend products and services based on individual client needs. Support client retention through rebooking, education, relationship building, and consistent follow-through. Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation, safety, and practice standards. Follow established treatment protocols and maintain consistency in the client experience. Stay current on skincare ingredients, products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless client experience. Actively participate in social media content creation, including educational, treatment-focused, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content. Be comfortable appearing in photo and video content and contributing ideas for social media. Participate in practice promotions, events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications Current Michigan Esthetician License in good standing required. Professional esthetics experience strongly preferred. Experience with advanced or results-driven skincare treatments preferred. Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, SkinPen, chemical peels, and professional skincare is a plus. Experience with brow and lash services preferred. Strong understanding of skincare, ingredients, treatment planning, and home-care recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine client relationships. Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable discussing professional skincare and making retail recommendations. Comfortable with rebooking and actively building and maintaining a clientele. Tech savvy and comfortable learning scheduling, charting, and point-of-sale systems. Comfortable and confident using social media and appearing in photo and video content. Willing to actively participate in content creation and social media as part of the role. Willingness to learn and consistently follow established treatment protocols and practice standards. Compensation $20-$22 per hour, based on experience 10% commission on services performed 10% commission on retail product sales Additional performance-based incentives may be available Schedule Two consistent weekdays per week Every other Saturday availability preferred Approximately 15-20 hours per week Weekday availability is required Additional hours may occasionally be available based on practice needs and availability What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation.
