We're looking for a Licensed Esthetician who's has passionate about skincare and has the personality to take on a dual Client Coordinator role. The ideal candidate is skilled in facial treatments, non-surgical cosmetic procedures, product knowledge, while also bringing a positive, team-oriented attitude and desire to help with keeping clients satisfied and coming back for more! Responsibilities for Dual Role include:

Perform consultations with a skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans. Provided customized facials + advanced treatments such as chemical peels and lasers. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize software and management systems like Jane App for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise. Share your medical-grade skincare knowledge, as well as up-selling, cross-selling and sales of medical-grade skin services to help clients build routines they'll love. Assist with social media management to enhance brand presence and attract new clients. Participate in ongoing education to stay current with industry trends, techniques. Assisting with client follow-up calls or texts (checking healing, satisfaction). Prepping treatment rooms and ensuring cleanliness and inventory readiness. Helping with social media content (before/after room setups, behind-the-scenes videos, packaging products for client pickup). Taking photos/videos for Instagram/TikTok under your direction. Assisting with client loyalty program tracking. Helping set up events, workshops, or vendor collaborations.

Light front desk coverage:

booking/rescheduling, processing payments.

Inventory management:

tracking products, restocking, placing orders. Tidying client lounge and merchandising retail shelves. Distributing referral cards or dropping off brochures locally. Engaging with social media comments/messages if trained. Experience Current North Carolina Esthetician License is required; additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are preferred. 1 + years experience of Esthetic services experience in a spa setting, dermatology or physician's office is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members with a positive "can do" attitude. Experience with social media and the willingness to participate Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 20-pound range) and perform the physical requirements of role.
