Part-Time Licensed Esthetician & Front Desk Assistant The Healthy Injector Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine Denver, NC Join Our Team! The Healthy Injector Wellness & Aesthetic Medicine is a growing boutique aesthetic practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, evidence-based aesthetic and wellness treatments. We are looking for a warm, energetic, and motivated Licensed Esthetician who enjoys building relationships with patients and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on providing exceptional esthetic treatments while also assisting with front desk responsibilities to create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Perform customized medical-grade facials based on each patient's skin concerns Perform Hydrafacial treatments Perform dermaplaning Perform microneedling treatments Perform chemical peels Educate patients on skincare routines and treatment plans Recommend and sell professional skincare products Maintain accurate treatment documentation Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness according to infection control standards Front Desk & Administrative Duties Welcome and check in patients with exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Answer phones, respond to text messages, and return patient calls Assist with patient follow-up and appointment confirmations Process payments and assist with checkout Maintain inventory and restock treatment rooms Help keep the office organized and running efficiently Marketing & Social Media Capture before-and-after photos (with patient consent) Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, and reels Promote treatments, skincare products, and special events Help grow our online presence through creative marketing ideas

Qualifications Required:

Current North Carolina Esthetician License Experience performing: Custom facials Hydrafacial treatments Dermaplaning Microneedling Chemical peels Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable educating patients and recommending skincare products Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy medical aesthetic practice Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Preferred:

Experience with aesthetic laser treatments (training available for the right candidate) Experience with medical-grade skincare lines Front desk or medical office experience Experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software Social media content creation experience We're Looking for
