This position requires a true professional with outstanding customer service and social media skills (Must have strong social media skills to promote business on Instagram). Compensation & Benefits 40% Commission on all completed skincare services. 100% of client tips kept by the service provider. Product sales commission (optional/insert percentage if applicable). Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional treatments:

Perform customized facials (KrX Circadia Face Reality etc), peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized skincare services.

Conduct skin analysis:

Evaluate clients' skin types and concerns to design safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans.

Educate and recommend:

Guide clients on proper home-care routines and prescribe retail products to extend treatment results.

Maintain pristine stations:

Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked in compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Build retention:

Provide an elite customer experience that encourages repeat bookings and positive reviews. Qualifications & Requirements Valid State Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required). Proven experience delivering a variety of skincare treatments (2+ years preferred, but talented new grads welcome). Strong knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, and trending skincare techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
