The Esthetician will be responsible for performing aesthetic spa services to clients including but not limited to: hydrafacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and Facials. The Esthetician must have 2+ years of experience working in aesthetics and must have an active esthetics or cosmetology license in the state of New Jersey. The Esthetician will be responsible for consulting with clients to discuss client history, goals, and recommend treatments based on the assessment. The Esthetician will deliver aesthetic treatments according to our protocols and the guidance of the Physician. The Esthetician must comply with The Park Med Spa brand standards, training and certification requirements, and maintain HIPPA compliance regulations.
Esthetician Responsibilities:
Provide excellent client service by providing a thorough consultation and treatment plan, delivering effective results, and maintaining follow up visits.
OK with social media is a must.
Perform safe and effective spa treatments including but not limited to: hydrafacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and Facials.
Uphold proper sanitation, sterilization, and medical waste disposal standards according to the law and The Park Med Spa policies and procedures
Providing education to current and prospective clients, informing them of beneficial treatments and products based on their goals with the intention to help, empower, and inspire others, grow the business, and retain clients.
Adhere to obtaining proper informed consents and maintaining client medical records in compliance with The Park Med Spa protocols and HIPPA and state regulations.
Collaborate with Medical Spa, Spa Manager, and other providers at regularly scheduled meetings to address business operations, administrative tasks, client outcomes, compliance & regulation, training & development, inventory, sales goals, employee relations, and new developments in the field.
Participate in both clinical and non-clinical educational trainings with the intention to always improve and nurture a growth mindset.
And at times collaborate with and train or coach fellow staff members to aid in continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
2+ years of hands-on experience as an Esthetician working in a medspa environment
Experience and/or certifications in aesthetic procedures including: hydrafacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels
