COMMISSION BASED POSITION

•- Perfect for stylists with their own clients. Currently offering 50% commission. Hourly based is also an option for stylist without their own clientele. Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare services and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various treatments and services. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment. Utilize salon software to manage client appointments, track services, and maintain accurate records. Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending appropriate treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty products, and techniques to offer clients the best service possible. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products that align with client needs and preferences. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proficiency in body waxing techniques. Strong knowledge of color theory as it relates to skin tones and makeup application. Experience in a med spa or salon environment is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality. Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
