Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs. Deliver relaxing massage services such as deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other body treatments to enhance client well-being. Conduct waxing services including body waxing and facial waxing to meet client preferences. Apply makeup and eyelash extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty with precision and artistry. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices. Demonstrate excellent communication skills by engaging with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations. Qualifications Valid state licensure as an esthetician or skincare specialist with certification in massage therapy. Proven experience in performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and waxing services. Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic treatments, and retail sales techniques. Skilled in client communication with the ability to create a relaxing and professional environment. Familiarity with sanitation protocols, product demos, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extension procedures is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Bilingual candidates who speak English and Spanish it would be a bonus.
