The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body waxing and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Wax Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality waxing services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your skills in various beauty treatments, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software, such as Vagaro, for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering personalized recommendations. Assist in retail sales by promoting products that enhance clients' beauty routines. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetic treatments, including hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin treatments. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Experience Proven experience in body waxing is required; additional skills in hair threading, makeup application, or nail care are a plus. Familiarity with salon software systems such as Vagaro is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
