We are looking for an experienced individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional skincare treatments, delivering outstanding client experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service in a luxury spa environment. Required Schedule

Wednesday:

3:15 PM

•9:15

PM Friday:

3:15 PM

•9:15

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM

•4:15 PM Availability for ALL three shifts, including the exact start and end times listed, is mandatory. Please apply only if you can consistently commit to the complete schedule. Applicants who cannot meet these scheduling requirements will not be considered. Qualifications & Experience Must hold a current, valid New Jersey Skin Care Specialist License ("Esthetician") or New Jersey Cosmetology License. Previous experience working in a professional day spa environment is strongly preferred. Prior knowledge and experience with SkinCeuticals skincare products is required. Must have prior HydraFacial training and hands-on treatment experience. Proficiency in microdermabrasion and dermaplaning is a plus. Strong understanding of skin analysis, skincare ingredients, treatment protocols, and customized facial services. Excellent communication, customer service, and retail recommendation skills. Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about the skincare industry. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented spa environment. Key Responsibilities Perform customized facials, HydraFacial treatments, and other professional skincare services. Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products. Educate clients on skincare routines and professional product recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room. Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience. Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and professional education.
