•Las Vegas, NV Job Description Dr. Scalp Head Spa is hiring a friendly, professional, and dependable Scalp Therapist / Head Spa Specialist to join our team. Our scalp therapists provide Korean-inspired head spa treatments focused on scalp care, deep cleansing, relaxation, massage, and overall scalp and hair wellness. Head spa training and training on our specific treatment protocols will be provided. Required Schedule This position is specifically being hired to cover the following shifts:

Monday:

11:00 AM

•7:00

PM Tuesday:

11:00 AM

•7:00

PM Thursday:

2:00 PM

•8:00

PM Friday:

2:00 PM

•8:00 PM Approximately 28 hours per week. Applicants must be consistently available for these scheduled days and hours. Responsibilities Perform professional head spa and scalp treatments Provide scalp cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, steaming, and treatment services Perform relaxing scalp, head, neck, and shoulder massage techniques Use head spa equipment and treatment devices safely Complete client consultations and discuss scalp concerns Educate clients about scalp health and home care Recommend appropriate services, treatment packages, and retail products Provide professional hair drying when included with the service Maintain treatment timing and provide excellent customer service Clean and disinfect treatment areas, tools, equipment, and chairs between clients Assist with laundry, restocking, cleaning, and general spa responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, relaxing, and professional environment Work closely with reception, management, and other therapists Help create an experience that encourages repeat clients Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working hands-on with clients Interested in scalp care, hair care, beauty, and wellness Able to follow detailed treatment protocols Comfortable learning and using specialized equipment Comfortable recommending products and services Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Able to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards Must be available for the required schedule listed above Experience in head spa services, cosmetology, esthetics, massage, salon services, shampooing, beauty, wellness, or customer service is preferred. Previous head spa experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
