Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare and aesthetic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including laser procedures, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body waxing services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while providing a welcoming and professional experience. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care Conduct laser hair removal treatments in compliance with safety protocols Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and creating personalized treatment plans Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and makeup applications that align with clients' goals Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements to continually improve skills and service offerings Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, and body waxing Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments with attention to safety and client comfort Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Excellent communication skills for client consultations and explaining treatment processes clearly Experience in retail sales to promote skincare products confidently and increase client satisfaction.
