Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin treatments with precision and professionalism. Provide spa services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service, understanding their goals, and communicating treatment plans effectively. Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance client results and increase revenue. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and advanced esthetic techniques to continually elevate service quality. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with active credentials. Proven experience performing a broad spectrum of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, laser treatments, waxing, and makeup application. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, esthetic laser technology, and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their aesthetic goals. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety at all times. Experience in retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for educating clients about product benefits is essential. Pay:

$38.55 - $46.43 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
