Operation Beauty, the medical spa division of Blaine Plastic Surgery, is seeking a talented Licensed Aesthetician to join our team 3-4 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining exceptional patient care with business growth, social media, and personal brand development. What We're Looking For Current New York State Aesthetics License Minimum 1-2 years of medical spa, plastic surgery, or luxury spa experience Existing clientele or social media following preferred Strong social media presence with the ability to create engaging content Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional patient experiences Professional, motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented Excellent communication and consultation skills Sales-minded with the ability to educate patients and build long-term relationships Schedule Part-time (3-4 days per week) 1-2 Saturdays per month What You'll Do Perform customized facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients on skincare products and treatment recommendations Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and follow-up Create engaging social media content, treatment videos, and before-and-after photography Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to help grow the practice Maintain treatment rooms, documentation, and inventory to the highest standards What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus service and retail commissions Beautiful newly renovated treatment rooms Established patient base within a thriving plastic surgery and medical spa practice All backbar supplies provided Supportive, collaborative team environment Ongoing education and professional development Opportunity to grow your clientele, expand your personal brand, and work alongside experienced aesthetic providers and Dr. Christine Blaine If you're passionate about aesthetics, love connecting with patients, and are excited to grow with an established luxury practice, we'd love to hear from you.
