Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and thrives in a luxury med spa environment. Responsibilities Perform luxury facials and customized skincare treatments Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment recommendations Recommend and sell professional skincare products Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked Capture before-and-after photos when appropriate Stay current on skincare trends, products, and continuing education Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through follow-up Assist with social media content by capturing treatment photos and videos when requested Work collaboratively with the Skulptd team to create an elevated client experience Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Hydrafacial Dermaplaning Chemical Peels Microneedling Laser Hair Removal Fotona Laser treatments Medical-grade skincare lines Brow shaping, tinting, or lamination Lash lift & tint What We're Looking For Active New York Esthetician License Positive, professional attitude Strong communication and consultation skills Sales confidence without being pushy Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Team player with a passion for aesthetics Weekend and evening availability preferred We're Also HiringWood Therapy Specialist We're looking for a body contouring professional experienced in: Wood Therapy Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage Body sculpting techniques Cellulite treatments Client education and treatment planning Experience in body contouring and wellness is highly preferred.
