As a licensed professional, you will perform a variety of advanced skincare procedures, including permanent makeup, microblading, eyelash extensions, and body waxing, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and laser treatments with precision and care Perform specialized cosmetic procedures such as lip blush, tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup to enhance natural features Ensure all procedures adhere to tattoo and piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and document client progress thoroughly Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Stay current with industry trends and advancements in esthetic laser treatments, makeup application techniques, and color theory to deliver innovative solutions Skills Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, skin rejuvenation, and laser therapy Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with diverse clientele Proficiency in using EMR systems for managing medical records and client information efficiently Knowledge of cosmetology principles combined with an understanding of anatomy and color theory for optimal aesthetic results This position is a paid opportunity designed for licensed professionals eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.
