Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. You will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic procedures, educate clients on skincare routines to support their ongoing skin health journey. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling, RF, and laser treatments. Conduct client consultations and create customized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare, post-treatment care, and at-home maintenance to optimize treatment results Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety. Recommend skincare products and treatment plans based on client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions clearly, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and address their concerns professionally. Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, explaining treatment options clearly. Experience in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to perform esthetic treatments with precision while maintaining high standards of quality Qualifications Active Esthetician License (Required). Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics setting.
