Job Description

Paid, hands-on training (no sugaring experience needed) Competitive hourly rates, the highest in New York for Sugaristas and Beauty Therapists. Strong earning potential with loyal clientele + tips Commission on product sales. Earn $500-$900/week on average (depending on speed, client retention, and bookings) 50% employee discount.

We have two Long Island locations: Westbury (Post Avenue) Wantagh (Merrick Road)

Skills & Qualifications:

Sugaring or hard wax experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training!). A passion for making clients feel and look their best. NYS-issued Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Waxer license.

What We're Looking For:

This role is best suited for someone who: Is reliable and punctual Works well in a fast-paced, structured schedule Is coachable and open to feedback Takes pride in speed, efficiency, and results Is confident communicating with clients and recommending services Must be available Thursday-Sunday (weekends required)

Your Responsibilities:

Perform services (sugaring, brows, lash lifts, etc.) Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Restock products and supplies as needed Support client retention through rebooking

Physical Requirements:

Ability to bend, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We provide the training and support, you bring the consistency, work ethic, and willingness to grow. Join Bare Fruit Sugaring, where beauty meets simplicity.
