Job Summary Our Esthetician is responsible for providing a wide range of skincare experiences utilizing the 8 Essential Steps to Financial Success to execute services and deliver above-guest-expectation experiences. The role requires expertise in FarmHouse Fresh skincare, product knowledge, and a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. Our Esthetician assesses clients' skin needs, offers professional advice, and delivers high-quality treatments in a relaxing and safe environment while building strong client relationships. Compliance & Licensing:

Ensure full compliance with Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board Laws and Regulations.

Aesthetic Ambassador:

Represent our brand by upholding the highest standards of aesthetics, sanitation, and organization. Keep the salon, tanning rooms, and retail inventory areas properly stocked and visually appealing.

Certifications & Training:

Maintain and expand product knowledge (including Eufora and FarmHouse Fresh). Apply Eufora's 8 Essential Steps to Financial Success. Participate in at least two Advanced Training classes annually. Complete Eufora University Training, FarmHouse Fresh Certified Therapist program, Tan Training Certification, Meevo Academy Training, and Guest Relations Phone Training. Work toward obtaining an Advanced Practical License.

Key Performance Indicators:

Monitor personal KPIs as benchmarks for growth and continuous improvement.

Salon Operations & Marketing:

Assist licensed staff in maintaining compliance and daily operational efficiency. Support online communication and social media efforts.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration:

Assist in developing junior estheticians and participate in salon initiatives (fundraising, fashion shows, promotions).

Minimum Requirements Education:

High School Diploma and Ohio Esthetics License Skills:

Advanced computer knowledge, strong organizational/multitasking skills, and ability to handle customer requests using SpaTalk or similar tools.

Certifications & Licenses:

Required Esthetics license (experience in the beauty/salon industry preferred, but not required).

Pay:

From $12.00 per hour
