We are focused on creating an exceptional client experience while providing our beauty professionals with an environment where they can grow their clientele, develop their skills, and build a successful career. We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is professional, motivated, client-focused, and excited to grow with our team. The Position Our ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and understands that being a successful esthetician is about more than providing a great service. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, recommending products and services, rebooking, and actively growing a loyal clientele. Depending on training and experience, services may include: Brow waxing, shaping, tinting, and lamination Body Waxing Lash services Specialty headspa treatments Consultations and product recommendations What We're Looking For Current Oklahoma Esthetician or Cosmetology license Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and polished appearance Strong attention to detail and sanitation standards Passion for skincare, beauty, and continued education Ability to educate clients and recommend appropriate home-care products Comfortable with retail sales and service recommendations Willingness to actively build and retain clientele Comfortable creating and participating in social media content Dependable, punctual, positive, and team-oriented Willing to participate in LŪK promotions, events, and community outreach Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall salon experience Compensation Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission opportunities Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview and may be based on experience, availability, and existing clientele. Schedule We are looking for a candidate with dependable availability who is interested in building a consistent schedule and clientele. Some Saturday availability is preferred. Why Join LŪK?
