We're looking for someone who is reliable, personable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills across multiple beauty and wellness services. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person in our signature services. What We're Looking For Active PA Esthetics or Cosmetology License Strong interest in skincare and beauty services Comfortable working with clients in a calm, boutique environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow Stillwater's service standards Previous experience with any of the following is a plus : Facials Waxing Lash lifts & tints Brow lamination & tint Head Spa / scalp treatments What You'll Do Perform facials, waxing, lash lifts, brow services, and Head Spa services Learn and perform Stillwater's signature Head Spa protocols Provide personalized recommendations for skincare and scalp care Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space Deliver a warm, professional client experience Assist with rebooking, retail, and other light salon tasks when needed What We Offer $16/hour + service commission + tips Flexible part-time scheduling Training in Head Spa and additional services Employee service and product discounts Ongoing education and opportunities to grow with the business A supportive, low-drama team environment If you're licensed, motivated, and looking for a place where you can grow your skills and clientele, we'd love to meet you.
