Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a passionate, motivated Licensed Aesthetician who is excited to grow within medical aesthetics and become part of the Revival team. The right person is someone who loves learning, values exceptional patient care, and wants to build meaningful relationships with patients. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about skincare and aesthetics but also understands that the patient experience goes far beyond the treatment itself. Job Requirements To Apply:
→ An active Pennsylvania Aesthetician License is strongly preferred. We will consider competitive applicants who are currently completing their education and licensure. → Previous experience in a medical spa setting, including treatments such as lasers, microneedling, and chemical peels, is highly valued. → Experience in a medical setting (such as medical assisting, scribing, or similar roles) is a plus. If you do not have all of the above experience, we encourage highly motivated candidates with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and alignment with our culture to apply.
Growth, Training & Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Aesthetician at Revival, you will have the opportunity to: Provide personalized aesthetic treatments while delivering an elevated patient experience Build relationships with patients and create customized skincare recommendations Receive training and mentorship in Revival's approach to skin health and patient care Gain exposure to advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including microneedling, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and chemical peels Learn treatment protocols, patient preparation, and clinical workflows alongside our providers Continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and ongoing education Learn and apply the Revival Bare Skin Protocol and our approach to achieving natural, beautiful results Collaborate with a team that values safety, excellence, and integrity
