Paoli, PA About American Nails Spa At American Nails Spa, we provide premium beauty, wellness, and self-care experiences for our clients. Beyond our signature nail services, our spa menu features targeted skincare treatments designed to nourish, revitalize, and restore skin health. We are looking for a dedicated, licensed Esthetician to lead and expand our facial services utilizing industry-leading Dermalogica professional skincare products. Position Overview As an Esthetician at American Nails Spa, you will deliver high-quality, customized facial treatments aligned with our service menu (including Express/Mini Facials, Deep Pore Cleansing Facials, and Advanced Skin Treatments). You will utilize Dermalogica products to evaluate skin conditions, conduct professional Face Mapping® skin analyses, perform extractions and targeted treatments, and recommend personalized homecare routines to ensure lasting results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Perform Facial Services:

Execute all facial offerings on our spa menu

Product Education & Retail Sales:

Educate clients on proper skincare practices and prescribe appropriate Dermalogica homecare regimens to support treatment outcomes.

Sanitation & Safety Standards:

Maintain strict hygiene, sanitization, and safety protocols in treatment rooms and tool sterilization in accordance with state board regulations and spa guidelines.

Client Retention & Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service to build a loyal clientele and foster repeat bookings.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with front desk staff and nail technicians to cross-promote services and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active PA Esthetician (or Cosmetology)

License Product Knowledge:

Experience with or formal training in Dermalogica products and protocols preferred (Dermalogica Certification is a plus; training opportunities available).

Skills:

Proficient in manual extractions, facial massage, skin typing, and retail selling.

Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of professional esthetician experience in a spa/salon environment preferred (passionate recent graduates welcome to apply).

Interpersonal Skills:

Warm, professional demeanor with strong communication and consultative selling abilities.

Availability:
