The Polish Nail Lounge & Co. is a luxury beauty destination in Fairmount, Philadelphia. Our second-floor treatment rooms offer facials, skin analyses, waxing, and specialized aesthetic services. As we continue to grow our aesthetics division, we are seeking a skilled, service-forward Esthetician to help deliver elevated client experiences and exceptional results. Position Summary We are seeking a client-focused Esthetician to provide high-quality skincare and aesthetic services in a luxury salon environment. This role is responsible for delivering personalized treatments, conducting thoughtful consultations, educating clients on skincare, and helping maintain the standards, cleanliness, and professionalism of our aesthetics space. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Perform a range of aesthetic services, including facials, skin analyses, customized skincare treatments, body waxing, face waxing, and related services. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns, goals, and contraindications. Create customized treatment recommendations based on each client's needs. Deliver services in compliance with Pennsylvania licensure standards and PNL&Co. protocols. Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and product recommendations. Recommend and retail skincare products aligned with client needs and treatment goals. Operations & Client Experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room at all times. Ensure all service areas are properly stocked and prepared for each appointment. Manage appointments and client records in Zenoti. Partner with front desk and leadership teams to support smooth scheduling and client flow. Stay current on skincare techniques, products, and industry trends. Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology and/or Esthetics license. Proven experience in aesthetic services and skincare. Strong consultation and client education skills. Excellent communication style that is warm, professional, and trustworthy. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Experience using Zenoti or similar salon management software. Retail sales experience with skincare products. Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay on services performed.
