Duties Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care Provide expert skincare advice, product recommendations, and conduct product demos to enhance client satisfaction and retail sales Maintain rigorous sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Manage client communication effectively by answering inquiries, confirming appointments, and following up post-treatment for feedback Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatments that meet individual client needs Skills Strong knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients Proficiency in handling retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatment packages Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Effective communication skills to educate clients about aesthetic treatments and skincare routines Familiarity with cosmetology practices, esthetic laser treatments, and advanced skin care techniques Join us to make a positive impact on our clients' confidence while advancing your career in aesthetics!
