Overview I am currently looking for a Part-Time Esthetician to work with me inside Lusso Beauty Bar. That is willing to be trained under me to carry out services on days I am not in the spa. You will deliver exceptional spa services, personalized skincare solutions, and beauty treatments that leave clients feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant. You will be offered a commission for services performed and commission off of retail products sold. You MUST be licensed in Esthetics or cosmetology in the state of South Carolina to apply. I'm looking for someone with at least a little experience but I am open to training you in services you need more help in. The hours are flexible and can be discussed. There are going to be weeks where you will have opportunities to work more days if you so choose to do so. You will not have to work if there are no clients scheduled since you will not be an hourly employee, so days can be flexible as well. I am looking for a well rounded esthetician, but if there are services you are not comfortable with you absolutely do not have to offer them on your days, I'm super flexible and understanding. I want to meet you where you are! You will be able to Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other spa like treatments. Focus on body waxing, brow waxing, or both. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas before and after each session and following state board protocol. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and personalized client communication to ensure repeat visits. Experience Proven experience as an esthetician or cosmetologist with a focus on skincare services and spa treatments Knowledge of services like dermaplaning and microdermabrasion would be a plus, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment Ability to perform waxing services such as body waxing efficiently and comfortably for clients Experience in retail sales of skincare products Excellent communication skills We're dedicated to supporting your growth as an esthetician while fostering a lively atmosphere that celebrates beauty and wellness. Pay:
