Location:
Arlington, Southlake TX Pay:
$25 per hour
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday clinic hours; 10AM-6
PM About ILML:
I Love My Look Aesthetics (ILML) is a two-location medspa serving clients in Arlington and Southlake, Texas. We want every visit to feel warm, professional, and personal. Our team gives thoughtful guidance, protects client trust, and works together to deliver a consistent experience from the first conversation through follow-up.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, licensed provider who combines strong technical skill with sound judgment, clear client education, and excellent follow-through. This is a hands-on treatment role for someone who knows how to prepare carefully, deliver services with intention, document clearly, and make sure each client understands the next step. Treatments are performed only within the provider's current license, applicable certifications, training, competency, clinical authorization, and ILML protocols.
What you will do:
Review each client's history, goals, prior treatments, relevant chart notes, required forms, and care plan before the appointment; complete required pre-visit preparation and raise missing or unclear information before treatment. Confirm consent, client understanding, treatment readiness, and applicable contraindication screening; pause and escalate when the plan, safety, or client readiness is unclear. Perform assigned esthetic and laser services only when legally permitted and specifically authorized. Assigned services may include laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, facials, superficial peels, microneedling, or RF microneedling, based on credentials, training, competency, and clinical authorization. For laser hair removal, maintain the current Texas TDLR credential appropriate to assigned duties, or the applicable documented legal authorization or exemption, and follow approved device, safety, documentation, and supervision requirements. Use approved protocols, infection-prevention practices, and equipment procedures; monitor the client's response and tolerance and provide approved pre- and post-care education. Complete accurate, timely charting, including treatment areas, settings or parameters required by protocol, products, required VISIA or standardized photos, client response, post-care, follow-up, and next-step plan. When results are not meeting expectations, document the client's concern, treatment history, settings and any authorized change with its rationale, response, revised plan, and follow-up; escalate changes outside protocol or uncertain cases. Own the client relationship through thoughtful recommendations, rebooking direction, follow-up, and direct handoffs to an injector or other qualified clinical team member when appropriate. Keep rooms and equipment treatment-ready, monitor supplies, communicate shortages or equipment concerns early, and use available time for charting, client follow-up, room readiness, and team support.
What we are looking for:
An active Texas Esthetician license in good standing. At least 5 years of professional experience in aesthetics and laser services, with demonstrated hands-on treatment experience. A current Texas TDLR Laser Hair Removal credential appropriate to assigned duties, or documented legal authorization or exemption applicable to the role. An esthetician license alone does not authorize laser hair removal. Strong client consultation, skin assessment, treatment-planning, client education, and follow-up skills. Consistent documentation habits and working knowledge of laser safety, treatment protocols, client response monitoring, and escalation. Warm, professional communication; sound judgment with client privacy; reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach. Experience with electronic record system is preferred.
How you will succeed:
You deliver careful, appropriate care; know the client before the visit; explain options honestly without pressure or promises; document so another qualified team member can continue the plan; and ensure every client leaves with a clear next step. You raise concerns early, protect safety and privacy, and contribute to a calm, supportive clinic environment.
Schedule and compensation:
ILML clinic hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The assigned schedule and weekly hours will be discussed during hiring. Pay for this position is $25 per hour.
To apply:
Apply through Indeed with your resume, a brief summary of your 5+ years of experience, your current Texas esthetician and laser hair removal credentials, the treatments you are qualified to perform, and your availability.

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have at least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in aesthetics and laser services?
