What you'll get your hands on You'll be working with some of the most advanced equipment in aesthetics: SkinPen® micro needling — building collagen and transforming texture, tone, and scarring Cartessa Motus AZ+ — next-generation laser for hair removal, skin revitalization, and pigment, comfortable on every skin tone Syndeo HydraFacial® — the gold-standard, fully personalized cleanse-extract-hydrate experience Therapeutic Facials — customized, results-driven treatments built around each guest's goals What you'll do Deliver luxury, results-focused treatments that keep guests coming back Perform thorough skin consultations and build customized treatment plans Educate guests on services, medical-grade skincare, and next steps — and confidently recommend the products and packages that get them to their goals Run skin analysis and document each guest's plan so nothing falls through the cracks Create a five-star, white-glove experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they rebook Keep treatment rooms immaculate, stocked, and ready to impress Hit and celebrate service and retail goals as part of a driven, supportive team What you bring Active State of Texas Aesthetician / Esthetician license (required) A genuine passion for skin health, aesthetics, and luxury hospitality Experience with lasers, micro needling, or HydraFacial a plus — but we'll train the right personality A warm, confident communicator who's comfortable recommending treatments and products Sales-minded and goal-driven, with a team-first attitude Reliable, polished, and detail-obsessed Why RAW Work with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art equipment — not outdated tools Potential for Uncapped commission on services and retail: your hustle pays off Training and ongoing education on the latest technology and techniques A gorgeous, luxury environment and a team that genuinely has your back Room to grow as we grow 401K, Healthcare and Life Insurance included Ready to join us? with your resume and a quick note on why you'd be a perfect fit for the RAW team.
