In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare solutions, and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in advanced esthetic techniques and commitment to client satisfaction will drive our mission to provide top-tier beauty experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for licensed professionals eager to showcase their skills in a vibrant, supportive environment where innovation and customer care are at the forefront. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermaplaning, body waxing, Hydrafacial, and skin treatments using the latest techniques. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs. Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic treatments, color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new cosmetic techniques. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services by effectively communicating benefits to clients. Skills Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and tattoo/piercing safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in esthetic treatments such as Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, body waxing, LED light therapy, facials, and alternative therapy. Ability to educate clients on skincare options while upselling aesthetic services confidently. Attentive to detail and able to maintain a clean and presentable facility in addition to helping fellow collogues manage a smooth flow of operations.
