We are looking for an aesthetician who believes skincare is more than a treatment—it's an experience. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, a passion for advanced skincare, and the ability to create customized treatment plans while delivering an unforgettable luxury experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional luxury facial experiences with attention to every detail. Perform customized luxury facial treatments based on each client's skin concerns, goals, and lifestyle. Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and professional skin analyses. Develop personalized skincare and treatment plans focused on achieving long-term skin health and beautiful, natural results. Educate clients on professional skincare products, home care, and treatment expectations. Recommend appropriate facial treatments, professional skincare products, and treatment packages. Create a relaxing, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere for every client from beginning to end. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, professionalism, and treatment room presentation. Accurately document treatments, client progress, and recommendations. Build long-term client relationships through trust, education, consistency, and exceptional service. Collaborate with our providers and front office team to create a seamless client experience. Stay current with advanced skincare treatments, products, techniques, and industry trends. QualificationsRequired Current Texas Aesthetician License. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Passion for skincare, beauty, and client education. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Preferred Experience in a luxury spa or medical spa environment. Experience performing advanced facial treatments. Retail skincare sales experience.
