Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Esthetician/ Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced medical aesthetic environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our facility, particularly in a setting that may include specialties such as Weightloss, Wellness, IV infusions, facials, and aesthetics. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for clients. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date. Handle patient inquiries regarding services and procedures. Process patient information, including medication administration details and medical history. Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and service delivery. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Assist in managing office supplies and equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will also be able to administer IM and Subcutaneous injections. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical administrative support role is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support principles is advantageous. Familiarity with systems used in healthcare settings. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience or knowledge related to weight loss, supplements, facials, and aesthetics. If you are administering shots, you must have a BLS certification. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.
