We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics, and hair removal. As a Laser Technician and waxer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality esthetic laser treatments, waxing, and sugaring services to clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Duties Perform esthetic laser treatments. Sanitate all equipment and treatment areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have regarding procedures. Maintain accurate client records using salon software to track treatment history and progress. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry through continuous education and training. Provide education-oriented skin services (we teach our clients about proper skin care when we wax) Perform full body waxing & sugaring services on men and women Sell memberships and products Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) Develop rapport quickly with clientele Experience Texas Esthetician license and Laser Hair Removal certification - both licenses are Mandatory Previous experience in customer service and retail sales is a plus.
