In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare consultations, and expert advice to help clients look and feel their best. Your expertise in advanced skincare techniques, cosmetic procedures, and customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients can achieve their beauty goals with confidence. Duties Perform a variety of treatments including Eyebrow Threading, Facials, Body Waxing, Eyelash Extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures using state-of-the-art equipment. Administer basic specialized cosmetic services. Follow all safety regulations, maintaining strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure client safety. Provide expert consultations on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on skin health, treatment options, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services to enhance client experience and business growth. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience performing advanced esthetic treatments including Eyebrow Threading, Body Waxing, Eyelash Extensions, Eyebrow Tinting/ Henna. Skilled in color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin health, and infection control procedures. Strong client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service.
