Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover skincare, esthetic treatments, anatomy, and industry best practices Supervise students during practical sessions to ensure safety, proper technique, and adherence to hygiene standards Provide personalized mentorship and constructive feedback to support student growth and confidence Demonstrate advanced techniques such as facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, laser procedures, hair styling, hair coloring, and nail care Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement Assess student progress through evaluations, practical exams, and written tests to ensure competency in all areas of esthetics Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate innovative methods into curriculum Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, massage therapy, hair styling, cosmetology, and esthetic treatments Strong classroom experience with a background in adult education or teaching certification preferred Knowledge of anatomy relevant to skin care and body treatments Skilled in student supervision, mentoring, lesson planning, and curriculum development Proficiency in a variety of beauty services including facials, makeup application, nail care, hair extensions, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, laser treatments, hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair coloring Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds Ability to demonstrate technical procedures clearly while maintaining safety standards Join our team as an Esthetician Instructor where your passion for beauty meets your dedication to education.
