If you love helping clients achieve real skincare results and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we'd love to connect with you. Our compensation goal for estheticians with gratuity and commission is $55-$65/service hr. What You'll Do Perform a variety of professional skincare treatments: Facials Chemical peels Microdermabrasion LED treatments Dry room body treatments Dermaplaning Hydrodiamond Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans Work with professional skincare lines (Image Skincare & FarmHouse Fresh preferred) Use Zenoti software to manage client records and appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Required Experience Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Chemical peels Qualifications Valid TDLR license (required) Ability to pass a background check Strong team player with a professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication skills and client care Must be available to work at least one weekend day Proven track record delivering high-quality esthetic results Why Join Spa Haven?
