Duties Perform sugaring hair removal services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction Perform lash lifts, brow laminations and vfacials. Assist clients with skincare consultations and recommend appropriate add on treatments. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Use salon software systems like Zenoti to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their treatment options and aftercare instructions Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment memberships/packages to enhance client results and business growth. Experience Prior experience working in the beauty industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Familiarity with retail sales techniques and salon software systems such as Zenoti is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Valid Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics License; we provide comprehensive training to develop your expertise in sugaring techniques Embark on an exciting journey with us where your passion for beauty meets professional growth!
