Job Description
Overview New You Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an experienced esthetician to join our Marshall team. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already has clientele and a proven track record, someone who knows their craft and knows how to build a business around it. If you've been dreaming about ditching the overhead, the booth rent, the supply costs, and the stress of running your own thing, but you don't want to give up the income or the freedom that comes with having your own clients, this could be the move. What we're offering: Hourly pay, so your income isn't just riding on how many people walk in the door Sales incentives (commission) on top of your hourly, so your personality and hustle actually pay off A polished, established clinic and brand behind you instead of building one from scratch Monday through Thursday schedule What we need from you: Established experience and an existing client base (sorry, we're not able to consider new grads for this role) A warm, outgoing personality. Clients need to want to sit in your chair Comfort and confidence recommending skin care and treatment upgrades. We want someone who can talk to a client about what they actually need, not just what they came in for A willingness to market yourself and bring in new business in the Marshall community. We'll support you, but we want someone who isn't afraid to put themselves out there Comfortable creating imagery and content for social media, think clean, professional, educational content that reflects well on you and the brand. Nothing weird or inappropriate Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people If you're an esthetician who's ready to bring your clients somewhere with more support and less overhead, and you know how to turn a facial into a full skin care relationship, we want to hear from you.
