Late 2026•early 2027 A new medical aesthetics and wellness practice currently in the pre-opening planning stages in Midland, Texas is seeking to connect with a motivated, professional Licensed Esthetician who may be interested in joining a growing aesthetics practice as an early team member. This opportunity is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys building relationships with clients, growing their own book of business, and working in a flexible environment with income potential tied directly to performance. Position Structure This is planned as a flexible, appointment-based position rather than a traditional hourly position requiring the provider to remain onsite without scheduled clients. Compensation will be based on monthly service production, with opportunities for increased commission as production grows. The planned compensation package may include: Competitive service commission Increased potential at higher production levels Retail product commission New-client incentives Client-retention and performance incentives The position is designed for someone who values flexibility, wants to build a loyal clientele, and is motivated by the opportunity to increase earnings as their book of business grows. Specific compensation details and final employment terms will be discussed privately with qualified candidates during the interview process. Potential Services Depending on training, licensure, and final service offerings, the esthetician may provide services such as: Customized facials Advanced facial treatments Dermaplaning Chemical peels Microdermabrasion Hydrating and specialty facial treatments Device-based aesthetic treatments within appropriate scope Skin consultations and treatment planning Skincare product recommendations and retail sales Additional training opportunities may become available as the practice expands its service menu. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Currently licensed as an esthetician in Texas Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and client experience Comfortable developing and maintaining a personal client base Professional, reliable, and personable Interested in growing alongside a new practice Comfortable promoting services through social media and personal networking Motivated by performance-based earning potential Interested in a flexible schedule rather than a traditional fixed-hour position Existing clientele is a plus but is not required. Medical aesthetics or advanced skincare experience is also preferred but not required for the right candidate.
