Part time, about 20 hours a week, based on client appointments.

Pay:

$15 to $18 an hour, plus service and product commission, plus tips. About Us The Beauty Room & Co is a women owned, by appointment only beauty studio specializing in enhancing natural beauty through brow and lash services. Position Overview We are looking for a passionate, reliable licensed esthetician to join our team at The Beauty Room & Co. You do not need experience. We will teach you every service. If you are eager to learn, grow in your craft, and bring a positive attitude to your work, we want to hear from you! We value commitment to exceptional client care and a willingness to expand your skills. As part of our team, you will be trained to perform a variety of beauty services, including: Eyebrow Waxing and Tinting Lash Lift and Tint Brow Lamination Facials What We Offer Paid training on all services, no experience required Tips and employee discount on our services and products Flexible part time scheduling, about 20 hours a week Room to grow your skills and your earnings as you gain confidence Supportive and collaborative work environment Requirements Must have a current esthetician license in Texas A passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctuality and reliability Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow Experience in hospitality or customer service roles will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively Important Information We provide full training on every service, so prior experience is not required. What we are looking for is the part we cannot teach: genuine enthusiasm for this industry, openness to learning and to feedback, and flexibility with scheduling as client bookings shift.
