What You'll Do Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare treatments. Perform laser and energy-based treatments based on training, certification, licensure, and applicable regulations. Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans. Recommend and sell professional medical grade skincare products. Build patient loyalty and drive repeat treatment volume. Work alongside an experienced team of plastic surgeons and aesthetic professionals. Deliver an exceptional, high-end patient experience. What We're Looking For Licensed Esthetician with previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice. Experience performing laser treatments strongly preferred. Strong consultation skills. Comfortable working with a busy schedule and high patient volume. Professional, motivated, polished, and highly personable.
