Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with appointment scheduling, check-in procedures, and payment processing at the front desk. Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments to boost client results and business growth. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide expert advice, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Skills Proven expertise in skincare treatments such as facials. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients through clear communication and active listening. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously while maintaining a professional appearance. Effective sales skills to promote retail products and additional aesthetic services confidently. Good organizational skills for managing appointments, client records, and retail inventory efficiently.
