Role Overview We're seeking a licensed Master Esthetician with a passion for people and delivering high-end experiences to join our dynamic team. No direct treatment experience required, but preferred. We will train the right candidate: one who is poised, knowledgable, confident and kind. Responsibilities Provide advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, Clear + Brilliant, Thermage (training on devices provided) Perform thorough consultations and skin analyses Deliver a polished, luxury-level client experience from start to finish Recommend skincare regimens and promote retail products Maintain treatment room readiness and strict adherence to safety/compliance standards Support clinic flow with professionalism and reliability Generate social media content to promote products and services Qualifications Virginia Master Esthetician License in good standing Track record of professionalism, punctuality, and client satisfaction Confidence in sales and product recommendations Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury medspa environment Self-starter motivated to generate new clients Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience) Quarterly bonus structure based on revenue, product sales, utilization, and new client generation Employee discounts on treatments and products Paid training on new devices (for additional growth) Supportive, high-end professional setting
