This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced injector who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and natural-looking aesthetic results. The ideal candidate is confident performing cosmetic injectable treatments, thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetic environment, and is committed to providing an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and other FDA-approved injectables. Conduct comprehensive consultations and facial assessments to develop customized treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, risks, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Follow all infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols. Monitor clients before, during, and after treatments to ensure a safe and positive experience. Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry best practices. Help promote a welcoming, professional, and results-driven clinic environment. Qualifications Current RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of Virginia (required). Certification and experience administering neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers. Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques. Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Experience with laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
