We're looking for a special kind of person to join Performance Chiropractic in Williamsburg. We call this person a Welcomer. You won't just sit behind a desk. You'll help create the experience our patients have from the moment they walk through our door until they leave. We're looking for someone who: Loves people and connects easily with all kinds of personalities and generations. Is warm, engaging and positive—but can quickly switch from people mode to task mode. Is organized, energetic and comfortable working at a fast pace. Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. Can confidently help someone make a decision, schedule an appointment, understand their financial responsibility, or take the next step —with clarity, kindness and a smile. Is humble enough to learn and confident enough to contribute. You'll wear many hats. You'll be cross-trained in: Front Tech Financial Tech DocuTech/Note Scribe Balance Tech Exam Tech You need to be able to change hats... fast. We provide the training. You provide the attitude and aptitude. Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. You may come from healthcare, fitness, hospitality, customer service, sales, education, athletics—or somewhere completely different. What matters most is that you're a people person who can also get things done. One important thing... This probably isn't the job for someone looking for a quiet, predictable, behind-the-scenes position. But if you love people, enjoy being busy, like learning new things, and get satisfaction from helping people move forward... You may have just found your people.
