This role combines exceptional customer service with hands-on esthetic treatments, providing clients with a relaxing and satisfying experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in retail sales, body waxing, and various esthetic procedures, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless appointment management. Experience with salon software such as SQUARE is preferred, along with a strong understanding of sanitation and safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting focused on enhancing clients' beauty and confidence. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression Manage appointment scheduling and client check-in using salon software like SQUARE Perform body waxing services with professionalism and attention to sanitation standards Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their treatments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations Support the team by handling administrative tasks at the front desk, including payment processing and client records management Stay informed about new treatments and products to effectively educate clients and promote services Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician specialties such as body waxing is required Familiarity with salon management software like SQUARE or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients Knowledge of sanitation standards related to esthetic treatments and body waxing Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and brow lamination are a plus Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role is integral to providing exceptional client experiences while supporting the operational success of our salon.
