We combine medical aesthetics with whole-body wellness, offering advanced treatments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and personable Licensed Esthetician who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while growing alongside our expanding practice. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare consultations and develop customized treatment plans Provide aesthetic services including: Customized facials Chemical peels Microneedling Dermaplaning Hydrafacial-style treatments (if experienced) LED light therapy Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and home care routines Maintain accurate treatment documentation Assist with treatment room preparation, cleaning, and inventory management Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional customer service Participate in practice marketing, social media, and community events when needed Preferred Qualifications Current Wisconsin Esthetician License Experience in a medical spa or wellness clinic preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Passion for continued education and learning new aesthetic procedures Sales experience with skincare products is a plus What We Offer Negotiable hourly pay based on experience Tips Flexible scheduling Beautiful, modern wellness clinic Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional medicine, regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and medical aesthetics Hands-on training in advanced aesthetic procedures Employee discounts on products and services Supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin while working in a positive and innovative practice, we'd love to hear from you!
