Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Part-Time Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized client care, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest. Your expertise in skincare and spa services will help clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting product knowledge and retail sales. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to thrive in a vibrant environment dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, airbrush tanning eyelash extensions and waxing services with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended treatments tailored to individual needs Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards during all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic treatments to clients Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, answer questions, and build lasting relationships Requirements Valid esthetician license as required by state law Proven experience in skincare, spa services, and esthetics preferred Knowledge of facial treatments and interest to develop your knowledge Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Demonstrated ability to perform waxing services (body waxing, facial waxing) safely and efficiently Commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and client education Passion for aesthetics, beauty trends, and delivering outstanding customer service Positive team focused attitude Join us in creating a welcoming space where clients feel pampered while achieving their beauty aspirations!
